I value your commitment to therapeutic process and want to make the most of our time together. Many insurance companies have restrictions that take away from the therapeutic process. I also value anonymity and confidentiality that are important when dealing with sensitive personal matters. I am happy to provide the necessary documents for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance company.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full rate of the session to the credit card on file.
